PXF SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully completed. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Paralyzedxfeelings currently offers shipping throughout the United States.

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days
Free Economy Shipping: Available on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email address or contact information entered during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier and pxfshop@gmail.com so we can assist where appropriate.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact pxfshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Paralyzedxfeelings will cover appropriate shipping costs when an incorrect or damaged item was sent by us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, rates, estimated delivery times, duties, and taxes may vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout when international shipping is available.
